What
types of fences are available... ?

ornamental, ranch and board on board. Basically any fence that is
currently built with wood, plastic or metal can be manufactured with
Fiberfence components.]

How is
a Fiberfence panel for a stockade, picket or shadow box fence
constructed?
[The panels are built like wooden panels with individual rails and
slats. The slats are fastened to the rails with aluminum rivets.]

What
kinds of posts are used with a Fiberfence system?
The posts used for a Fiberfence system are: metal, wood or fiberglass.
Metal and wood posts are the same posts that are presently used for
fence installations all over the world. The fiberglass posts are square
profiles designed to enhance the strength and beauty of the fence.

What
is the life span of the different types of posts?
A 4" x 4" treated wood post will last between 10 to 15 years. Although
it might start warping after the first year.
A 2-3/8" round galvanized metal post will last about 30 years.
A fiberpost will last more than 50 years. It will not corrode, warp or
crack.

already have posts installed. They are in very good condition. Can I
use them with a new fiberfence system?
[Yes you can use them easily if that they are not set more than 8'
apart from each other. The widest fiberfence panel is 8'. If you provide exact widths center to center on these posts you can order specific panels for those widths.]

How about
doors and Gates?
Doors and Gates are built utilizing the same hardware that is used to
build doors and gates for steel or wood fences. The frame of the privacy gates can be
strengthened by adding a metal frame to the back side and attaching the metal frame to the hinges, thus not improperly using the fiberglass panel.

What
is the maximum height of a Fiberfence system?
The height of a Fiberfence system is only limited by local regulations.
Normal heights are 3', 4', 5', 6' and 8' and your design.

Will
a Weedeater machine damage a fiberfence?
No, a Fiberfence will resist damage from a Weedeater or any other
similar device used for trimming grass that grows next to the fence.
