Pultrusion Fiberglass Manufacturing
Pultruded fiberglass manufacturing is the process by which fiberglass products are made using a straight line machine over 100 foot long. Various glass products, such as roving that appears like large white ropes, are pulled through a resin bath loaded with all the chemical formula to make the patented composite products we offer. This combination of glass, resin and other components are pulled through steel dies with a temperature of over 400 degree farenheit and moved slowing through the dies to exit the machine a cool, perfectly formed product, such as privacy or ornamental pickets. It runs endlessly off of the equipment until it is cut and assembled according to your specifications. Although F&F has many products, Fiberfence is a patented premium fence product line. All our styles of fence have a lifetime warranty and are offered in standard and custom colors. All have UV protection in the process for long lasting color. The Fiberfence products are manufactured, cut and assembled with color manufactured throughout the product. The Ornamental style has additional coating applied for sheen which bonds to the fiberglass and adds even more UV protection and beauty. The sheen of the ornamental can be adjusted per your request.
