How We Make Our Non-Conductive Fiberglass Fences

non conductive fenceYou are already familiar with just how attractive and durable a non-conductive fence is, but you might be wondering what exactly the process is for making these fiberglass fences. It is actually very interesting! We begin by pulling various glass products through a resin bath loaded with a special chemical formula. This creates our patented composite products.

The combination of resin, glass, and other components are then pulled through steel dies that are heated over 400 degree Fahrenheit. They are then slowly moved through the die, which cools them off and ensures that the final product is perfectly formed for the type of fence we are creating.

Finally, the finished fencing is cut and assembled to meet the specifications of whatever order is being filled. This process enables our manufacturers to ensure that a fence that perfect meets the needs of our clients–as well as our high quality standards–is created each and every time we begin production.

In most situations, that is all the work that needs to be done to create a non-conductive, fiberglass fence, but that doesn’t mean other options aren’t available. For individuals interested in an ornamental style, our fences can have an optional coating applied to create a sheen that delivers both improved UV protection as well as enhanced beauty.
